Students must complete the “Concussion for Students”, “Heat Related Illness” and “Sudden Cardiac Arrest”. Print out the certificate and turn it in to Valerie Richards.
Coaches must complete “Concussion in Sports”, “Heat Related Illness” and “Sudden Cardiac Arrest”. Print out the certificates and turn it in to Valerie Richards.
You will also need to complete the Florida Hospital Baseline Concussion Testing. Dr. Miller will schedule a date and time for each team to take this exam at Crooms. Below is a short video explaining why you need to take this exam.
